The B1-15 heat pump condenser core assembly is specially developed for TCD12B rooftop heat pump air conditioning units, widely equipped on 12-meter large city buses, long-distance intercity coaches and tourist buses. Different from single-cooling condensers, this core supports refrigeration and heating dual working cycles, serving as heat dissipator in summer cooling mode and heat absorber in winter heating mode.
As the core dual-function heat exchange component of heat pump HVAC system, its heat exchange efficiency directly determines the cooling capacity in hot weather and heating performance in cold seasons, ensuring stable comfortable cabin temperature all year round.
Heat Pump Dual-Cycle Design
Optimized internal pipeline layout to adapt to bidirectional refrigerant flow, perfectly matching TCD12B heat pump unit’s four-way reversing valve system, realizing both cooling and heating functions with one single core.
High-Efficiency Blue Hydrophilic Fins
Thick seamless copper tubes matched with blue hydrophilic aluminum fins. The coating accelerates condensate drainage, avoids frost accumulation in low-temperature heating mode, maintains consistent heat transfer efficiency in hot and cold environments.
Dual-Structure Reinforced Welding
Split double-row core layout with reinforced pipeline welding points, stronger vibration resistance to cope with long-distance bumpy road conditions; every finished core passes high-pressure air tightness test to eliminate refrigerant leakage risk.
