The B1-15 heat pump condenser core assembly is specially developed for TCD12B rooftop heat pump air conditioning units, widely equipped on 12-meter large city buses, long-distance intercity coaches and tourist buses. Different from single-cooling condensers, this core supports refrigeration and heating dual working cycles, serving as heat dissipator in summer cooling mode and heat absorber in winter heating mode.

Thick seamless copper tubes matched with blue hydrophilic aluminum fins. The coating accelerates condensate drainage, avoids frost accumulation in low-temperature heating mode, maintains consistent heat transfer efficiency in hot and cold environments.
Dual-Structure Reinforced Welding
Split double-row core layout with reinforced pipeline welding points, stronger vibration resistance to cope with long-distance bumpy road conditions; every finished core passes high-pressure air tightness test to eliminate refrigerant leakage risk.
