Yes. Our TC42NB built-in air conditioner delivers 42,000 kcal/h for 11–12 m double-decker buses, TC45N2 is a rear-mount integrated unit for double-decker retrofit, and TCH13V provides 35,000 kcal/h for 13–14 m buses. We have delivered solutions for double-deck sleeper bus projects in Bangladesh and double-decker buses on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
Yes. Beyond 5–14 m buses, we also extend our air conditioning technology to yachts, ships and trams. Successful cases include intercity trains in Malaysia (Sabah), trams in Russia, sightseeing trains in China, river ferries in Sudan, and the Philippines Modern Jeepney project.
Yes. Besides OEM installations for new buses, we provide retrofit solutions for existing fleets, including rear-mount integrated air conditioners for double-decker buses (TC45N2), side-mounted units for 9–12 m coaches (TH39, TC33NB), and built-in systems suitable for vehicles with height restrictions. Our engineers provide installation guidance throughout the project.
Yes. Our new energy rooftop air conditioner series is designed for electric buses with an onboard voltage range of DC 420–750V, matching the mainstream high-voltage platforms of electric city buses, intercity coaches and trolleybuses. Configuration options include cooling only, cooling + PTC heating, heat pump + PTC, and combinations with plate-type heat exchangers and expansion tanks.
Our electric (new energy) bus air conditioners are all-electric driven and compatible with DC 420–750V high-voltage platforms of electric buses, with flexible configurations including cooling-only, cooling + PTC heating, heat pump, and plate heat exchanger options. Our traditional series is designed for diesel buses with DC 12V/24V power. Both series share the same rooftop structure and quality standards.
As a general guide: a 6–7 m bus typically needs 16,000 kcal/h (e.g. our TCD07A), a 9–9.5 m bus needs 24,000 kcal/h (e.g. TCH09MB), an 11–12 m coach needs 32,000 kcal/h (e.g. TCH12TC), and double-decker buses may need up to 42,000 kcal/h (e.g. TC42NB).
