C3-08 TCD12-D integrated liquid receiver assembly, specially developed for new energy electric bus air conditioning systems. Equipped with original matching pressure protection switch and plug wiring harness, it combines refrigerant storage and system overpressure double protection functions, dedicated OEM matching spare part for TCD12 series new energy bus refrigeration units.

The C3-08 TCD12-D liquid receiver is an all-in-one refrigerant storage & safety protection component tailor-made for new energy electric bus air conditioning systems. Different from ordinary single-function receiver tanks, this assembly is pre-installed with a matched pressure switch and complete wiring plug, realizing dual core roles of refrigerant buffering storage and circuit overpressure protection.

Installed on the high-pressure liquid pipeline after condenser, the internal cavity stores surplus liquid refrigerant to stabilize circulation flow under variable passenger load and ambient temperature changes. When system pressure exceeds safe threshold, the built-in pressure sensor instantly cuts off compressor power supply to avoid pipeline burst, compressor burnout and other dangerous faults, greatly improving the safety of new energy bus refrigeration system operation.
