C4-04 TCD12A Horizontal Gas-Liquid Separator for Large New Energy Bus AC

The C4-04 TCD12A horizontal gas-liquid separator is a heavy-duty safety protection component designed for high cooling load large new energy bus air conditioning systems. Installed on the suction pipeline upstream of the large scroll compressor, it solves the hidden danger of liquid refrigerant backflow under long-time heating and full-load cooling operation of 10–12m electric coaches.

The horizontal elongated cylinder greatly expands internal storage and separation space. Multi-layer built-in flow baffles slow down the mixed refrigerant flow, heavy liquid refrigerant settles and stores at the bottom of the cavity, dry gaseous refrigerant flows to the compressor suction port. The built-in precision oil return capillary continuously transports lubricating oil back to the compressor crankcase to maintain full-system lubrication balance, avoiding compressor overheating and abrasion caused by oil shortage.
