Custom-developed power generator for 7–10m new energy mini buses, shuttles and campus coaches, provides stable dedicated power for electric bus air conditioning system, widely matched small-capacity EV vehicle refrigeration units.

The D1-08 Csistar JFZ5680 alternator is a professional 48V high-voltage generator tailored for small new energy bus air conditioning systems. Different from traditional 28V low-voltage generators, this unit adopts 48V high-output design to match the power demand of dedicated electric AC compressors on mini EV shuttles, realizing independent power supply for the refrigeration system without consuming vehicle main battery power.

Equipped with lightweight single-groove pulley, the whole machine adopts integrated aluminum alloy heat dissipation shell with multi-side heat dissipation windows, excellent heat dissipation performance under engine compartment high temperature. Built-in stable intelligent voltage regulator keeps constant 48V output, effectively avoid voltage surges damaging air conditioner controllers, fan motors and electric scroll compressors.
