D2-05 Prestolite C01 Alternator Carbon Brush Assembly With Holder Bracket for Bus Generator

The D2-05 Prestolite C01 carbon brush assembly is an all-in-one wearable replacement module for Prestolite heavy-duty bus alternators. Unlike loose single carbon brushes that require manual assembly and spring installation, this product is fully pre-assembled at the factory, combining mounting bracket, insulation housing, pressure springs and matched carbon brushes into a single replaceable component.

Installed on the rear end cover of Prestolite bus generators, the built-in spring structure maintains constant tight contact between carbon blocks and rotor slip rings, delivering stable excitation current to guarantee continuous rated power output for bus air conditioning compressors and all onboard electrical loads. The thickened rust-proof metal mounting base perfectly aligns with generator shell mounting holes for fast bolt-on installation.
