The D2-06 Csistar 180A alternator regulator is a core matching protective electrical component designed for Csistar high-voltage generators of small new energy buses. Installed on the rear end of the EV bus air conditioning dedicated generator, it continuously monitor and adjust output voltage in real time as engine RPM fluctuates, solving unstable power and voltage surge risks unique to high-voltage EV alternators.

Adopting high-temperature resistant insulated plastic integrated base, internal industrial-grade wide-range voltage regulation chip supports stable operation under high engine compartment temperature. The factory pre-routed red wiring harness with fixed ring terminal greatly simplifies field wiring work; built-in dual-circuit overvoltage protection automatically cut off excitation current when abnormal high voltage occurs, avoid permanent burnout of expensive electric AC compressors and control panels.
