D2-08 Prestolite Silicon Rectifier Board 150A Fit 3110/3238 Bus Alternator

The D2-08 Prestolite silicon rectifier board is the core power conversion component for Prestolite 3110/3238 150A heavy-duty bus alternators. Installed on the rear end housing of the generator, the built-in group of high-power silicon diodes converts three-phase alternating current produced by the alternator stator into smooth direct current, providing stable DC power source for bus air conditioning systems and all onboard electrical equipment.

Adopting arc-shaped integrated insulating support, the layout perfectly matches the internal circular space of Prestolite generators. Pre-connected ring wiring terminals realize fast wiring connection during overhaul. High-temperature resistant diode chips can sustain continuous 150A large current output without thermal breakdown, solving rectifier burnout failures caused by long-time full-load cooling operation in summer high temperature environment.
