E1-01 Two Grooves 2B AC Compressor Clutch Φ172 Inner Piece for Bus Air Conditioner

The E1-01 Two Grooves 2B electromagnetic clutch is a key power transmission control assembly for bus air conditioning compressors. Installed on the front shaft of the AC compressor, the double-groove pulley rotates passively driven by engine belt. When the air conditioner switch is turned on, the electromagnetic coil generates strong magnetic force to attract the inner friction plate, locking the pulley and compressor shaft together, transferring engine power to drive the refrigeration compressor; when power off, magnetic force disappears, friction plate separates, compressor stops working.

The whole assembly adopts color zinc anti-corrosion electroplating technology to resist engine compartment humidity, oil mist and dust. High wear-resistant friction material ensures stable torque transmission without slipping under high-temperature full-load cooling conditions. Precision bearing reduces rotation noise and extends service life for long-distance bus operation.
