E1-15 TM65 Two Groove Outer Plate Electromagnetic Clutch for Bus Air Conditioner Compressor

The E1-15 TM65 two groove outer plate electromagnetic clutch is a core power transmission control component for TM65 series bus air conditioning compressors. Installed on the front shaft of the AC compressor, the double-groove pulley is driven by engine belt to idle. When the air conditioner is activated, the electromagnetic coil generates magnetic attraction to pull the outer friction plate, locking the pulley and compressor shaft together, transferring engine power to drive the refrigeration compressor; when power cuts off, magnetic force disappears, friction plate separates, and the compressor stops operation.

This outer plate clutch structure features larger friction contact area, stronger load capacity and better heat dissipation effect compared with inner-plate clutches. The whole assembly adopts anti-corrosion surface coating, effectively resisting engine compartment oil mist, dust and temperature fluctuation. Equipped with high-temperature resistant enameled wire coil and heavy-duty sealed bearing, stable continuous operation can be maintained under long-time full-load cooling working conditions in summer.
