E1-18 Electromagnetic Clutch 10PK Φ210 for Bus Air Conditioning Compressor

The E1-18 10PK Φ210 electromagnetic clutch is a heavy-duty power transmission control assembly for large-displacement scroll bus air conditioning compressors. Installed on the front shaft of AC compressor, the 10PK multi-rib pulley follows engine rotation through multi-rib belt. When air conditioning system is switched on, electromagnetic coil generates strong magnetic force to attract friction plate, locking pulley and compressor shaft to transfer power and drive refrigeration compressor. After power off, magnetic force disappears, friction plate separates and compressor stops working.

The 10PK multi-rib belt design provides larger contact area and stronger load capacity than traditional V-groove pulleys, perfectly matching high-power bus scroll compressors. The whole assembly adopts color zinc anti-corrosion electroplating to resist engine compartment oil mist, dust and temperature variation. High-temperature resistant coil and heavy-duty bearing ensure stable continuous operation under long-time full-load cooling in tropical high-temperature regions.
