E2-01 Rubber Pressure Plate 32C for Bus Aircon Compressor Clutch

The E2-01 32C rubber pressure plate is the front friction drive component of the 32C series bus air conditioning compressor electromagnetic clutch. Installed on the front spline shaft of AC compressor. Once the air conditioning system turns on, electromagnetic force pulls this pressure plate tightly against the clutch pulley. Torque is transmitted from pulley to compressor through the plate and built-in rubber dampers to drive refrigeration operation.

The embedded rubber buffer heads effectively absorb instantaneous impact load during clutch engagement, reduce rigid collision noise and protect compressor internal scroll components. High temperature resistant rubber formulation resists engine compartment heat and oil erosion, avoiding rubber aging, cracking or losing elasticity under long-term cyclic start-stop work.
