E2-02 Iron Pressure Plate 32C for Bus Aircon Compressor Clutch

The E2-02 32C iron pressure plate is the front drive friction component for 32C series bus air conditioning compressor electromagnetic clutches. Installed on the front spline shaft of the scroll compressor. Once the air conditioning system is activated, electromagnetic attraction pulls this iron pressure plate closely against the clutch pulley. Torque transfers from the pulley to compressor through the built-in metal damping assembly to drive refrigeration operation.

Different from rubber type pressure plate, this all-steel damping structure has excellent high temperature resistance, no risk of rubber aging and cracking. The integrated elastic metal buffer structure absorbs impact force during clutch engagement, reducing rigid shock on compressor internal scroll parts. The whole plate adopts anti-rust surface treatment, suitable for long-term high-temperature operation inside engine compartment.
