D2-11
The D2-11 Prestolite stator coil is the core stationary power generation component for Prestolite 3110/3238 150A heavy-duty bus alternators. Fixed inside the generator housing and surrounding the rotor assembly, the three-phase copper winding cuts the rotating magnetic field generated by the excitation rotor to induce stable three-phase alternating current, which is then rectified into DC power to supply the bus air conditioning compressor and all onboard electrical equipment.
This stator winding adopts high-purity oxygen-free enameled copper wire and class H high-temperature resistant insulating layer, processed by full vacuum pressure impregnation to ensure overall insulation performance. The high-permeability silicon steel sheet iron core reduces magnetic loss and improves power generation efficiency. All winding dimensions and terminal positions strictly follow Prestolite original factory standards, realizing direct replacement during generator overhaul without secondary trimming or rewinding.
